With vaccines being rolled out and the country starting to get back to a new normality, the FloPlast sales team have been activly putting in the miles to visit customers at their branches.
During the lockdowns, the team would utilise Microsoft Teams and Zoom to keep in touch, but nothing beats a face-to-face (or mask-to mask) interaction.
UK Sales Director, Ian Ironmonger, explains “the feedback I am getting from the team is all positive. They were excited to get back out on the road, when safe to do so, and have conversations and conduct onsite training for staff. Virtual meetings are productive. However, when you are in the branch you get those impromptu questions that may have not been raised if you’re behind a computer screen.
Later in the year, we are also looking forward to attending some in person events, with both the NMBS Exhibition (8/9 September) and the IPG Conference (1 October) in the diary.”
