Last month FloPlast supplied the children's environmental camp, in Kernow, with guttering to add to their poly tunnels to be used in their harvesting activities. Camp Kernow is a non-profit organisation based in Cornwall that takes on approximately 900 children each summer.
Camp Kernow is an award-winning organisation with an innovative off-grid environmental adventure centre. The team are dedicated to reconnecting and engaging children with the natural environment and inspiring them to live more sustainably.
Charlie Nicholson, Director/Centre Manager commented, ‘The guttering FloPlast supplied allowed the children to harvest significantly more fresh produce from the poly tunnels and freed up the team of volunteers so they could focus on the children’s enjoyment’.
